Pharmexsys is typically engaged to support executive leadership when specific 3PL experience, sales or channel strategy is required. We serve as trusted advisors, helping companies identify, evaluate and on-board 3PL partners, State licensing administrators, and chargeback and contract management solutions. Unlike other consultants who seek first to find new suppliers when issues arise, we know through experience that maintaining current relationships is most often the best long-term solution. Our focus is to identify the underlying issues and facilitate the communication and training necessary to resolve any problems. TQM processes are then put in place to significantly reduce the risk of future issues. If the underlying issues can't be resolved, only then will we recommend seeking alternative service providers. The result is improved performance over the long term and better relationships with all parties. Engagements can last just a few hours or many months, depending on client needs.
